高掺量橡胶粉改性沥青混合料性能研究

摘要 为加强永久性路面建设,提高沥青路面路用性能,延长路面使用寿命。本文对30%掺量橡胶粉改性沥青混合料(ARHM20)进行研究。通过马歇尔试验确定最佳油石比为4.8%,得到马歇尔稳定度为9.61k N,空隙率为3.3%,毛体积密度为2.436g/cm3;通过车辙试验测得动稳定度DS=6683次/mm;通过三点弯曲试验测得最大弯拉应变为4456με,抗弯拉强度为13.45MPa,弯曲模量为3089MPa,满足高速公路使用要求。依托实际工程得出,高掺量橡胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能良好,研究结果可在行业推广使用。 In order to strengthen the construction of permanent pavement and improve the performance of asphalt pavement and extend the service life of pavement,30%rubber powder modified asphalt mixture(ARHM20)was studied.The best oil-stone ratio was determined by Marshall test to be 4.8%,and the Marshall stability was 9.61kN,void fraction was 3.3%,and gross volume density was 2.436g/cm.Through the rut test,the dynamic stability was 6683 times/mm.The maximum flexural tensile strain was 4456,the flexural tensile strength was 13.45MPa,and the bending stiffness modulus was 3089MPa.Based on the actual project,the high content of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture has good pavement performance,and the research results can be popularized in the industry.
