摘要
激励不仅是人力资源管理的重要职能,也是现代化医院管理的核心内容,激励机制的构建与完善,对于新时期公立医院改革与发展具有十分重要的意义,它不仅影响医疗体系的效率与活力,还关系到医疗服务与医患关系。以马斯洛需求层次理论为指导,针对公立医院的激励机制,探索和分析医务人员需求所在,提出实施有效激励的建议,以期合理有效地调动医务人员积极性,充分激发人才创新,提升人力资源管理效率,进而实现公立医院的高质量发展。
Motivation is not only an essential function of human resource management but also the core of modern hospital management.The construction and perfection of motivation mechanisms are of great importance to the reform and development of public hospitals in the new era.It affects not only the efficiency and vitality of the medical system but also the medical service and doctor-patient relationship.Guided by Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this study explores and analyzes the needs of medical staff in public hospitals and proposes suggestions for implementing effective motivation strategies.The aim is to mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff reasonably and effectively,fully stimulate talent innovation,improve the efficiency of human resource management,and thus achieve high-quality development in public hospitals.
