不同饲草组合对乌珠穆沁羔羊血液生化指标及生产性能和经济效益的影响

Effects of Different Forages Proportioning on Serum Biochemical Indexes,Production Performance and Economic Benefits of Ujumuqin Lambs

摘要 为分析不同饲草组合代替部分精饲料对羔羊健康状况、生产性能和经济效益的影响,选用4~5月龄健康乌珠穆沁公羔羊30只,分为5组分别接受对照组、青贮组、苜蓿组、柠条组、完全组5种不同日粮处理(对照组日粮的精粗比为75∶25,其余组为50∶50),测定各组的日采食量、体重和血清生化指标,并计算毛利润。结果表明:(1)对照组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性显著低于苜蓿组和柠条组(P<0.05),天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和AST/ALT显著高于其他组(P<0.05),对照组、苜蓿组和柠条组的血清尿素含量显著高于完全组和青贮组(P<0.05),青贮组、完全组和柠条组的血清甘油三酯含量显著低于对照组。完全组的血清胆固醇含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。(2)对照组的干物质采食量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),日增重表现为完全组显著高于其他组(P<0.05),青贮组最低,苜蓿组和柠条组与对照组差异不显著。对照组的料重比最高,显著高于完全组、苜蓿组和柠条组(P<0.05)。(3)青贮组的日粮价格及成本最低,完全组、柠条组和苜蓿组次之,对照组最高;完全组每只羊增重价值和毛利润最高,苜蓿组次之,青贮组最低。综合以上,优质饲草组合取代舍饲羔羊日粮中25%的精饲料有利于改善羔羊的健康状况,5个组合中10%苜蓿干草+10%柠条粉+15%青贮玉米+15%玉米秸秆+50%精饲料组合效果最好,羔羊生产性能和经济效益显著提高,适合内蒙古牧区家庭牧场应用。 In order to analyze the effects of different forage combinations replacing part of concentrate feed on the health status,production performance and economic benefits of lambs,thirty healthy Ujumuqin male lambs of the 4-5 months old were selected and divided into five groups receiving different rations,namely control group,silage group,alfalfa group,Caragana group and complete group.The ratio of concentrate to forage was 75∶25 in the control group and 50∶50 in the other groups.Daily food intake,body weight and serum biochemical indexes were measured and gross profits was calculated.The results showed that:(1)The activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the control group was significantly lower than that in the alfalfa and Caragana group,while aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and AST/ALT were significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).The serum urea content in the control group,alfalfa group,and Caragana group was significantly higher than that in the complete group and the silage group(P<0.05),and the serum triglyceride content in the silage group,complete group,and Caragana group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The serum cholesterol content in the complete group was significantly lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05).(2)The daily dry matter intake of the control group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The daily weight gain of the complete group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05),the silage group was the lowest,and there was no significant difference between the alfalfa group,Caragana group,and control groups.The control group had the highest feed-to-gain ratio,significantly higher than the complete group,alfalfa group and Caragana group(P<0.05).(3)The silage group had the lowest dietary price and cost,followed by the complete group,Caragana group and alfalfa group.The complete group had the highest weight gain value and gross profit of each sheep,followed by the alfalfa group,and the silage group had the lowest.Based on the above analysis,replacing 25% concentrate feed in the diet of house-fed lambs with high-quality forage could improve the health condition of lambs,and significantly improve their production performance and economic benefits,the combination of 10% alfalfa hay+10% Caragana powder+15% silage corn+15% corn straw+50% concentrate feed was the best,which was suitable for family pastures in Inner Mongolian pastoral areas.
