摘要
目的 调查全国结核病防治医务人员参与线上培训的现状,发现互联网线上培训的需求和存在问题,为进一步改善线上培训效果提供参考。方法 通过问卷星对2019-2021年期间参与过结核病领域线上培训的结核病防治医务人员进行横断面调查,计数资料采用频数和构成比进行数据描述,不同层级的结核病防治医务人员的线上培训需求比较采用卡方检验。结果 纳入调查问卷共1512份,其中75.9%主要通过线上直播形式接受结核病相关培训,79.0%年平均线上培训为10次以内,72.4%认为线上培训的知识大部分能运用到日常工作中。参与线上培训存在的主要问题分别是上课时间不灵活(53.9%)、无纸质讲义(29.4%)、无实践课程(28.4%)。35.2%表示其所在单位对于参加线上培训没有任何激励措施。线上培训总体满意度较高为83.1%,对培训师资的满意度最高为88.4%,培训时间安排满意度最低为63.5%。性别、年龄、教育程度、职称、工作年限、工作单位层级、工作岗位都是影响线上培训满意度的因素。不同层级结核病防治医务人员对开展线上培训的日期和时间段方面的需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在线上培训方式和每课时培训时长方面的需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 线上培训总体满意度较高,是未来结核病防治医务人员能力建设的重要方法,应充分发挥其优势,解决存在问题,线上培训安排应考虑受众目标的具体需求,使其设计更加科学合理。
Objective To investigate the implementation situation of online training in capacity building for health care workers of tuberculosis prevention and control,as well as the needs and problems of online training,in order to provide references for further improving the effect of online training.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among health care workers of tuberculosis prevention and control participated in the online training during 2019-2021.The counting data were expressed in n(%),and the online training needs of health workers of tuberculosis prevention and control at different levels were compared by ch-i square test.Results A total of 1512 questionnaires were included,of which 75.9% received tuberculosis related training mainly through online live broadcast,79.0% of the annual average online training was less than 10 times,and 72.4% reflected that most of the knowledge of online training could be applied to daily work.The main problems with participating in online training were inflexible training time( 53.9%),no paper materials( 29.4%),and no practical courses( 28.4%).35.2% stated that there was no incentive measures for participating in online training in their units.The overall satisfaction with online training was high( 83.1%),the satisfaction of training teachers was highest( 88.4%) and the satisfaction of training schedule was lowest( 63.5%).Gender,age,education level,professional title,working years,organization level and job position were all influencing factors of satisfaction with online training.There was a statistically significant difference in the needs of online training date and time period for health workers of tuberculosis prevention and control at different levels( P < 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the needs of online training modes and training duration per class hour( P > 0.05).Conclusion The overall satisfaction of online training is high,which is an important method in the capacity building for health care workers of tuberculosis prevention and control in the future.It should give full play to its advantages and solve the existing problems.The online training arrangement should consider the needs of the target audiences,so as to make it more scientific and reasonable.
