摘要
目的:分析基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式在骨科学本科教学中的应用效果。方法:选取参加骨科学学习的24名八年制学生和25名临床医学专业“4+4”(以下简称“4+4”)学生作为研究对象,其中八年制学生接受传统授课学习(对照组),“4+4”学生接受基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式学习(观察组)。比较2组学生的总成绩、理论考试成绩、见习成绩和对教学的满意率。结果:观察组学生的总成绩高于对照组学生,但差异没有统计学意义。2组学生理论考试成绩和见习成绩的差异也均没有统计学意义。2组学生对教学的总满意率相当,但观察组学生对教学的非常满意率显著高于对照组学生(P=0.03)。结论:在骨科学本科教学中应用基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式可提高学生的学习效果,培养学生的自主学习能力,得到学生及教师的认可。
Objective:To analyze the effect of blended teaching mode based on flipped classroom in the undergraduate courses of orthopedics.Methods:Twenty-four“eight-year”students and 25“4+4”students in clinical medicine who participated in orthopedics courses were selected as the study subjects,in which“eight-year”students received traditional teaching(as a control group)and the“4+4”students received blended teaching mode based on flipped classroom(as the observation group).The total score,theory test score,internship test score and students’satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but there were no statistical differences.There were also no statistical differences between the two groups in theory scores and internship test score.The overall satisfaction rate of the students was comparable in the two groups,but the“very satisfied”rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.03).Conclusion:The application of the blended teaching mode based on flipped classroom in the undergraduate teaching of orthopedics can improve students’learning effect,cultivate their independent learning ability,and be recognized by both students and teachers.
