摘要
本文探讨了使用不同储存容器(玻璃溶解氧瓶和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)瓶)、保存时间及计算软件(CO_(2)SYS和PHREEQC)对水体二氧化碳分压p(CO_(2))和通量F(CO_(2))测算值的影响。结果表明:溶解氧瓶和HDPE瓶,两者差异不显著(p>0.05)。样品只要经过0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤、冷藏(4℃)并在24 h内进行测定,保存时间对结果影响不显著(p>0.05)。CO_(2)SYS的p(CO_(2))计算值约为PHREEQC的30%左右,差异显著(p<0.05)。可能原因是PHREEQC有考虑岩溶作用,而CO_(2)SYS没有。但在研究水质参数(COD、总氮、硝酸盐氮、氨氮、总磷、叶绿素、溶解氧(DO)和碳酸盐矿物饱和指数等)与水体p(CO_(2))和F(CO_(2))的关系和影响时,两个软件得出的规律是一致的。
This study explores the effects of different storage containers(glass dissolved oxygen bottles and high density polyethylene(HDPE)bottles),storage time,and calculation software programs(CO_(2)SYS and PHREEQC)on the analysis of CO_(2)partial pressure(p(CO_(2)))and CO_(2)flux(F(CO_(2)))of water.The results showed that no significant difference(p>0.05)in the p(CO_(2))and F(CO_(2))results was observed between glass dissolved oxygen bottles and HDPE bottles.The storage time showed no significant impact(p>0.05)on the measurements of p(CO_(2))and F(CO_(2)),as long as the samples were pass through 0.45μm microporous filter,kept at(4℃),and measured within 24 hours.The calculated p(CO_(2))values by CO_(2)SYS were approximately only 30%of those by PHREEQC,with a significant difference(p<0.05).The possible reason could be that PHREEQC considers karstification,while CO_(2)SYS did not.However,in the assessments of the effects of water characteristics(chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,total chlorophyll,dissolved oxygen(DO),and carbonate mineral saturation index)on the p(CO_(2))and F(CO_(2))of water,the patterns obtained by the two software programs were consistent.
