蚯蚓粪和种植玉米对盐碱地铵态氮肥淋洗影响

Effects of Vermicompost and Maize Roots on the Leaching of Ammonium Nitrogen in Saline Soil

摘要 为研究蚯蚓粪和种植玉米对盐碱土壤中外源性铵态氮肥淋洗特征变化及土壤盐分的影响,该文通过土柱模拟15N同位素示踪试验,共设4个处理,分别为空白处理组、添加蚯蚓粪处理组、种植玉米处理组、添加蚯蚓粪+种植玉米处理组,研究结果表明:在0~30cm土层,蚯蚓粪和种植玉米可以显著降低盐碱土中铵态氮肥的淋洗。添加蚯蚓粪时,减缓种植玉米对外源性氮肥向下淋失的影响,土壤对铵态氮肥的固持能力得到改善。种植玉米通过植物根系作用,降低土壤硝化作用的速率,抑制铵态氮肥的转化,增加盐碱土对酸性氮肥硫酸铵在浅层(10~20 cm)土壤中的固持,提高外源性氮肥的长效性。研究结果可为降低盐碱地的氮素淋洗损失提供理论依据。 To investigate the changes in leaching characteristics of exogenous ammonium nitrogen fertilizers in saline-alkali soil due to earthworm castings and corn cultivation,a 15N isotope tracing experiment was conducted using soil column simula⁃tions.Four treatments were established,including a blank control group,earthworm casting addition group,corn cultivation group,and earthworm casting addition+corn cultivation group.The research findings indicate that,within the 0~30 cm soil layer,earthworm castings and corn cultivation significantly reduce the leaching of ammonium nitrogen fertilizers in salinealkali soil.The addition of earthworm castings mitigates the downward leaching of exogenous nitrogen fertilizers caused by corn cultivation,improving the soil’s capacity to retain ammonium nitrogen fertilizers.Corn cultivation,through the ac⁃tion of plant roots,inhibits the rate of soil nitrification,decreasing the conversion of ammonium nitrogen fertilizers and en⁃hancing the retention of ammonium nitrogen fertilizers in shallow soil(10~20 cm)in saline-alkali soil,which enhances the long-term effectiveness of exogenous nitrogen fertilizers.The results of this study provide theoretical support for reducing ni⁃trogen leaching losses in saline-alkali soils.
