水中硒测定的精密度偏性试验分析

摘要 精密度偏性试验能预测实验室分析误差,评估实验室整体水平及检测能力,为实验室内部质量控制与管理提供科学依据。利用氢化物原子荧光光度法开展了水中硒测定的精密度偏性试验,通过计算分析可得以下结论:空白检验合格;总标准偏差检验及准确度检验合格;质量控制图满足要求。由此可见,实验室利用原子荧光光度法测定水中硒,所用仪器稳定、试剂无杂质、人员操作合格,检测结果准确度可靠、重复性好。 The precision bias test can predict the laboratory analysis error,centifically evaluate the overall level and detection ability of the laboratory,and provide scientific basis for the intermal quality control and management of the laboratory.The precision bias test of selenium detection in water was caried out by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the following results could be obtained through caleulation and analysis:the blank test was qualified;the total standard deviation test and accuracy inspection were qualified;the quality control diagram met the requirements.It could be seen that the determination of selenium in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the laboratory was instrument stable,free of impurity in the reagent,qualified by personnel operation,reliable of the accuracy of the detection results,and good repeatability.
