摘要
病案信息是医院运营过程中非常重要的资源,它记录了患者的病情、诊断、治疗与护理等信息,同时也反映了医院的医疗水平与服务质量。做好病案信息管理工作,有利于提高医疗服务水平,因此,病案信息的价值不容忽视。本文从病案信息的价值入手,探讨现代化病案管理的存在的问题及对策,以期为相关工作者提供借鉴与参考。
Medical record information is a very important resource in the hospital operation process.It records the patient's condition,diagnosis,treatment and nursing information,and also reflects the hospital's medical level and service quality.Proper management of medical record information is conducive to improving the level of medical services.Therefore,the value of medical record information cannot be ignored.This article start from the value of medical record information and discuss the existing problems and countermeasures of modern medical record management,with a view to providing reference for relevant workers.
