摘要
隔离桩在邻近深基坑的既有建筑保护工程实践中得到了一定的应用。文章以上海某市中心基坑工程为例,基于有限元方法对基坑开挖、地下室施工的全过程进行三维数值模拟,对隔离桩的桩长、刚度、隔离桩与保护建筑的距离等设计参数进行了对比计算,分析了不同参数对保护建筑的影响;并将现场监测数据与数值模拟结果对比,验证了计算分析的可靠性,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The isolation pile has been applied in the protection engineering practice of existing buildings adjacent to deep foundation pits.Taking a foundation pit project in the city center of Shanghai as an example,based on the finite element method,the 3D numerical simulation of the whole process of foundation pit excavation and basement construction is carried out.The design parameters of the isolation pile,such as pile length,stiffness and distance between the isolation pile and the protective building are compared and calculated,and the influence of different parameters on the protective building is analyzed.The reliability of the calculation and analysis is verified by comparing the field monitoring data with the numerical simulation results,which can provide reference for similar projects.
