摘要
文章结合工程实例,提出软土地基施工条件下的桥梁工程现浇梁施工方案,并详细阐述了现浇梁施工工艺流程及具体要点,涉及模板安装、混凝土浇筑、预应力施工几个分项工程的施工方法。实践表明,由钢管桩支架及满堂支架组成稳定可靠的施工平台,能有效改善施工条件,可在软土地基上高效进行桥梁现浇梁施工,避免出现局部不均匀沉降、安全隐患多的问题,保证了工程施工安全和施工质量,提高了施工效率。
Based on the engineering example,this paper puts forward the construction scheme of cast-in-place beam in bridge engineering under the construction condition of soft soil foundation,and expounds the construction process and key points of cast-in-place beam in detail,involving construction methods of several sub-projects such as formwork installation,concrete pouring and prestressed construction.The practice shows that the stable and reliable construction platform composed of steel pipe pile support and full hall support can effectively improve the construction conditions,and can effectively carry out the construction of bridge cast-in-place beam on soft soil foundation,avoid the problems of local uneven settlement and multiple safety hazards,ensure the construction safety and quality,improve the construction efficiency.
