摘要
在超重道岔梁施工中,由于道岔梁超重、体积大、变截面等特点,导致顶推施工难度增大。针对超重道岔梁顶推施工中的难点问题,论文结合长沙磁浮东沿线接入T3航站楼工程,对比分析了常规钢丝绳拖拉顶推和夹轨式顶推方案,并详细阐述了夹轨式顶推施工工艺流程和质量控制要点。
In the construction of heavy turnout beam,due to the characteristics of heavy turnout beam,large volume,variable section,etc.,it is difficult to increase the jacking construction.In view of the difficult problems in the construction of overweight switch beam,the paper compares and analyzes the conventional wire rope drag push and clip rail push schemes,and expounds the construction process and quality control points of clip rail push in detail.
