摘要
针对凸极调相机在进相工况下端部漏磁较迟相运行增大,会造成定子端部结构件涡流损耗的显著增加,导致定子端部结构件温度较高的问题,介绍了定子端部复杂流场和温度场耦合计算的方法,并通过增加端部热管来降低端部结构件温度。本文以一台50 Mvar分布式能源凸极调相机为研究对象,首先通过电机整机流场仿真得到电机内部流场,然后以电机内部流场计算结果为边界条件,对该电机的端部局部进行流场和温度场的三维数值,提出了一种端部结构件布置热管冷却技术,将热管安置于定子端部压圈结构件上,通过热管极好的导热性能,使得端部压圈温度有效降低。
In view of the fact that the magnetic leakage at the end of the salient pole phase modifier under leading phase operation enlarging compared with the delayed phase operation,which will cause a significant increase in the eddy current loss of the stator end structure and will cause the problem of high temperature of the stator end structure,the coupling calculation method of complex flow field and temperature field at the end of stator is introduced and the temperature of the end structure is reduced by increasing the heat pipe at the end.In this paper,a 50 Mvar distributed energy salient pole phase modifier is taken as the research object.Firstly,the internal flow field of the motor is obtained through the simulation of the whole motor flow field,and then,the results of flow field calculation inside the motor is taken as the boundary condition,the flow field and temperature field at the end of the motor are locally calculated in three dimensions so as to propose a cooling technology of heat pipe layout for end structural parts.That is to place heat pipe on the pressure ring structure at the stator end to effectively reduce the temperature of the end pressure ring through the excellent thermal conductivity of heat pipes.
