摘要
强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是以炎性背痛为主要临床特征的慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,严重影响患者的身体健康和生活质量,其发病机制暂未明确。非编码RNA(non⁃coding RNA,ncRNA)在AS的发病机制及治疗中扮演着重要角色,主要体现在成骨分化、炎症反应及免疫细胞等方面。因此,通过关注ncRNA影响AS进展的病理过程,将为本病的诊疗论治提供新视角,基于此,笔者就ncRNA与AS相关性的研究进展进行综述,以期为AS的防治提供参考依据。
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease with inflammatory back pain as the main clinical feature,which seriously affects patients'health and quality of life.Its pathogenesis is not yet clear.Non⁃coding RNA(ncRNA)plays an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of AS,mainly in osteogenic differentiation,inflammatory response,and immune cells.Therefore,by focusing on the pathological process of ncRNA affecting the progression of AS,it may provide a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Based on this,the authors review the research progress in the correlation between ncRNA and AS,with a view to provide a reference basis for the prevention and treatment of AS.
