摘要
本文从自动化程度极高的电锅炉供暖系统研究出发,系统分析系统在供暖过程中,二网系统供水压力不稳定,造成系统超压,影响系统循环,进而影响供暖效果的原因,进行分析研究,从而进行设计。通过对改造后的二网供回水压力、二网循环泵电流以及实际供暖效果的对比,肯定了此次研究的成果,得到了实际应用成效。
Starting from the study of the electric boiler heating system with a high degree of automation,this paper analyzes the reasons why the water supply pressure of the secondary network system is unstable in the heating process,which causes the system overpressure,affects the system circulation,and further affects the heating effect,so as to conduct analysis and research,so as to carry out the design.Through the comparison of the water supply and return pressure of the second network,the current of the circulating pump of the second network and the actual heating effect after the transformation,the results of the research are confirmed and the practical application results are obtained.
