摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的饮食方式愈发多样化,外出就餐和购买加工食品成为日常生活的一部分。因此,餐饮行业的食品安全问题引起了人们的关注。加强餐饮食品安全管理,保障食品安全,不仅是相关部门的责任,还是每个消费者应承担的责任。本文分析餐饮行业食品安全检测存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,以确保餐饮行业的食品安全。
With the improvement of people’s living standards,people have diversified their eating styles,and eating out and buying processed foods have become part of daily life.Therefore,the food safety of the catering industry has aroused people’s attention.Strengthening food safety management and ensuring food safety is not only the responsibility of the relevant departments,but also the responsibility of each consumer.This paper analyzes the problems of food safety inspection in catering industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to ensure food safety in catering industry.
