电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中的7种金属元素含量

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中铝、镉、铜、铁、锰、铅和锌7种金属元素含量的分析方法。方法:优化仪器工作参数条件,选用Bi、Ge、In、Sc液体标准样品作为内标,依次将试剂空白、标准系列、生活饮用水上机分析,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。结果:通过优化仪器工作条件,7种元素各自选择合适的内标,克服了检测过程中存在的质谱与非质谱干扰,方法的线性关系良好,检测限、定量限满足相关标准要求,各元素加标回收率为91.4%~104.9%,RSD为0.98%~4.52%。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确、重现性好,可用于生活饮用水中多种金属元素的分析检测。 Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of seven metal elements,including aluminum,cadmium,copper,iron,manganese,lead,and zinc,in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Method:Optimize the working parameter conditions of the instrument,select Bi,Ge,In,Sc liquid standard samples as internal standards,and sequentially analyze the reagent blank,standard series,and drinking water on the machine.Determine using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Result:By optimizing the working conditions of the instrument,suitable internal standards were selected for each of the 7 elements,overcoming the interference of mass spectrometry and non mass spectrometry during the detection process.The linear relationship of the method was good,and the detection and quantification limits met the relevant standard requirements.The recovery rates of each element were 91.4%to 104.9%,and RSD was 0.98%to 4.52%.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate,has high sensitivity,accurate results,and good reproducibility,and can be used for the analysis and detection of various metal elements in drinking water.
