摘要
目的:分析普通针刺联合割治法治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:依据纳入标准将60例周围性面瘫患者随机分为对照组30例,治疗组30例,分别予以普通针刺法和普通针刺法联合割治法的治疗方案,观察患者面神经功能House-Brackmann(H-B)分级、面部残疾指数(FDI)评分、面部健侧患侧的红外热成像温差测量结果以及整体治疗的有效率。结果:治疗组总体有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗2周和4周后H-B面神经分级优于对照组,治疗4周后FDI评分明显高于对照组,面部健侧患侧皮肤温差低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普通针刺法联合割治法对周围性面瘫具有较好的临床效果。普通针刺法联合割治法可显著改善面部健患侧温度差,对治疗周围性面瘫有显著疗效,同时通过红外热成像进行体表温差的测量对周围性面瘫的诊疗具有一定的辅助意义。
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of common acupuncture combined with cutting therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and a treatment group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with common acupuncture,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with common acupuncture combined with cutting therapy.The House-Brackmann(H-B)grade of facial nerve function,facial disability index(FDI)score,infrared thermal imaging temperature difference measurement results of the healthy and affected sides of the face,and the overall treatment efficiency were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The H-B facial nerve grade of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the FDI score after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the skin temperature difference on the healthy side of the face was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Common acupuncture combined with cutting therapy has good clinical effect on peripheral facial paralysis.Common acupuncture combined with cutting therapy can significantly improve the temperature difference between the healthy and affected sides of the face,and has a significant effect on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Meanwhile,the measurement of body surface temperature difference by infrared thermal imaging has a certain auxiliary significance for the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
