摘要
现阶段使用的接地线结构简单,且存在多股,经常会相互缠绕,需要手动才能一点点解开,不方便使用和回收,费时费力,影响工作效率。同时在使用时,接地线经常在地面上拖拽,磨损绝缘皮,降低接地线使用寿命的同时存在一定安全隐患的问题。为此本文研制了一种变电站用接地线自动收线箱。该收线箱的研制充分考虑了现场作业的实际需求,创新性地提出了一种自动化解决方案,通过模拟和现场测试,研究证实自动收线箱在各种环境条件下都能稳定工作,并显著降低了操作人员的劳动强度。
The grounding wire currently used has a simple structure and multiple strands,which often get tangled with each other and need to be manually untangled bit by bit,which is inconvenient to use and recover,time-consuming and laborious,and affects work efficiency.At the same time,when using it,the grounding wire often drags on the ground,wears out the insulation skin,reduces the service life of the grounding wire,and poses certain safety hazards.To this end,this paper developed an automatic wire reel for grounding wire in substation.The development of the wire reel fully considered the actual needs of field operations,and innovatively proposed an automated solution.Through simulation and field tests,it was confirmed that the automatic wire reel can work stably under various environmental conditions and significantly reduce the labor intensity of operators.
