新型储能安全管理体系的构建与优化研究

摘要 储能作为传统电力系统源、网、荷之外的第四类新兴能源产业,既是构建新型电力系统的重要技术和基础装备,也是推动主体能源向可再生能源更替的重要领域,更是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要支撑。随着新型储能规模日益扩大,储能电站安全管理不规范、事故预警和应急处置能力亟需提升已成为制约储能高质量发展的重点难点问题,因此要构建并优化储能安全管理体系,促使储能电站安全管理不断提升,这是我们需要尽快解决的问题。本文分析了构建储能安全管理体系的必要性,并提出了储能安全管理体系的构建与优化策略。 Energy storage,as a new type of energy industry beyond the traditional power system′s power sources,grids,and loads,is both an important technology and basic equipment for building a new type of power system,and it is also an important field to promote the replacement of primary energy with renewable energy,and it is also an important support for achieving the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.With the increasing scale of new energy storage,the lack of standardized safety management of energy storage power stations,accident early warning,and emergency response capabilities urgently need to be improved,which has become a key and difficult issue restricting the high-quality development of energy storage.Therefore,it is necessary to construct and optimize the energy storage safety management system,and promote the continuous improvement of energy storage power station safety management.This is an issue that we need to solve as soon as possible.This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing an energy storage safety management system and proposes strategies for the construction and optimization of the energy storage safety management system.
