摘要
在人口老龄化背景下,老年人再就业逐渐成为社会关注的话题,老年人退休后再就业受到多方面因素的影响。代际支持是指在家庭资源分配过程中,具有血缘关系的家庭成员由于家庭交往等而产生的经济支持、生活照料支持、情感支持。随着经济的快速发展和社会的变迁,家庭的代际支持影响着老年人退休后再就业的决策。从代际视角出发,以2020年中国家庭追踪调查调查中的个人问卷数据为基础,通过实证分析方法建立逻辑回归模型,并且对结果进行检验,分析双向代际支持与老年人再就业之间的关系和影响。研究发现,向上经济支持对老年人再就业的概率影响较小,向上照料支持能够显著增加老年人的再就业概率;向下经济支持提高了老年人再就业的可能性,向下照料支持降低了老年人再就业的可能性;情感交流无法显著影响老年人再就业。对结论进行分析,并且据此结论从减轻老人的经济负担、缓解隔代照料的压力、积极建立健全政策体系的角度提出建议,进而促进老年人再就业,实现对老年资源的充分利用。
Under the background of population aging,the re-employment of the elderly has gradually be-come the focus of social attention,and the re-employment of the elderly after retirement is affected by many fac-tors.Intergenerational support refers to the mutual economic support,life care support and emotional support of family members engaged in family communication in the process of family resource allocation.With the rapid development of economy and social changes,intergenerational support among families affects the re-employment decisions by the elderly after retirement.From the perspective of intergeneration,based on the personal question-naire data of the 2020 China Family Dynamic Tracking Survey,a logistic regression model was established through empirical analysis,and the results were tested to analyze the relationship and influence between two way intergenerational support and the re-employment of the elderly.It is found that upward economic support has little influence on the probability of re-employment of the elderly,and upward care support can significantly increase the probability.The downward economic support increases the possibility of re-employment of the el-derly,while the downward care support reduces the possibility.Emotional communication cannot significantly af-fect the re-employment of the elderly.Based on the analysis of the conclusion,suggestions are put forward like reducing the economic burden of the elderly,alleviating the pressure of intergenerational care and actively estab-lishing a sound policy system,so as to promote the re-employment of the elderly and realize the full utilization of the elderly resources.
