润滑油加氢装置节能降耗途径探讨

摘要 30万t/a润滑油加氢装置开工以来,通过优化工艺参数、改变进料方式、电机增设变频、优化换热网络和精细化管理等方式开展了一系列节能降耗工作,取得了明显的效果,使装置的平均EO能耗下降2.98 kg/t。 Since the start of the 300000 t/a lube oil hydrogenation unit,a series of energy-saving and consumption-reducing works have been carried out by optimizing process parameters,changing feed mode,adding frequency conversion to motor,optimizing heat exchange network and fine management,and obvious results have been achieved,which has reduced the average EO energy consumption of the unit by 2.98 kg/t.
