自锚式悬索桥“地锚转自锚”施工与控制关键技术

摘要 东江南支流港湾大桥主桥为自锚式悬索桥,处于航运繁忙区域,采用先梁后缆施工工艺需在航道中搭设支架,支架搭设会对当地航道管理及上下游企业运营造成严重干扰,且水中支架防撞风险大。为解决通航难题,采用临时锚碇进行自锚式悬索桥先缆后梁施工,实现了自锚式悬索桥无支架法施工,提出安全、便捷的主缆临时锚固系统,采用引桥基础与周边土体共同作用的轻型组合锚碇结构,墩梁固结的主缆锚固控制措施,钢梁同步吊装、分级加载及水袋压重的索股滑移控制方法和吊杆碰撞导管口控制措施,保证了主梁合龙和“地锚转自锚”的体系转换安全,同时采用倒提升工艺,解决了大坡度主缆主梁吊装难题。 The main bridge of Dongjiangnan Tributary Harbor Bridge is a self-anchoring suspension bridge,which is located in the busy shipping area.The construction technology of beam first and cable later needs to be set up in the channel.The erection of the support will cause serious interference to the local channel management and the operation of upstream and downstream enterprises,and the risk of collision avoidance of the support in the water is large.In order to solve the navigation problem,the temporary anchorage is used to construct the self-anchoring suspension bridge first and then the beam,which realizes the construction of the self-anchoring suspension bridge without support method.The safe and convenient temporary anchorage system of the main cable is proposed.The light composite anchorage structure of the approach bridge foundation and the surrounding soil is adopted.The main cable anchorage control measures of pier beam consolidation,the cable strand slip control method of steel beam synchronous hoisting,graded loading and water bag weighting,and the control measures of suspender collision duct port ensure the safety of the system conversion of the main beam closure and the“ground anchor to self-anchor”.At the same time,the inverted lifting process is adopted to solve the hoisting problem of the main beam of the large slope main cable.
