摘要
以粉煤灰和矿渣作为原材料,基于正交、优化试验确定地聚合物胶凝材料的最优配合比,即粉煤灰与矿渣粉质量比为1∶2,碱激发剂掺量为12%,水玻璃模数为1.2。开展微观试验,以探讨地聚合物反应机理。研究结果表明,地聚合物胶凝体系中含有C-S-H,C-A-S-H和N-A-S-H,其相互交织构成了密实的微观结构,水泥基胶凝材料反应产物主要为Ca(OH)_(2)、钙矾石、SiO_(2)等,且在水泥基胶凝材料界面可看到明显层状叠加的Ca(OH)_(2)、针棒状的钙矾石等物质形成的结构层;水泥基胶凝材料具有较多孔隙,导致水泥基胶凝材料性能弱于地聚合物胶凝材料。
The optimal ratio of geopolymer cementitious materials was determined based on orthogonal and optimization experiments using fly ash and slag as raw materials.The mass ratio of fly ash to slag is 1∶2,the amount of alkali activator is 12%,and the modulus of water glass is 1.2.The reaction mechanism of geopolymer is discussed based on microscopic tests.The results show that the geopolymer cementation system contains C-S-H(calcium silicate hydrate),C-A-S-H(calcium aluminosilicate hydrate),N-A-S-H(sodium aluminosilicate hydrate),which interweave to form a dense microstructure.The reaction products of water mud based cementitious materials are mainly Ca(OH)_(2),ettringite,SiO_(2),etc.In addition,the structure layer formed by obvious layered superposition of Ca(OH)_(2),needle shaped ettringite and other substances can be seen in the interface of cement-based cementitious materials,and the cement-based cementitious materials have many pores,leading to the weaker performance of cement-based cementitious materials than geopolymer cementitious materials.
