摘要
免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)在消化道肿瘤的治疗中逐渐发展成熟,ICIs通过阻断免疫细胞与肿瘤细胞之间的免疫抑制作用来激活宿主的抗肿瘤反应。但目前只有部分患者可以从ICIs治疗中受益。近年来,光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)发展成为肿瘤治疗的新手段,其可以通过产生活性氧杀伤肿瘤细胞,诱导免疫原性细胞死亡,促进细胞毒性T细胞浸润。然而,PDT所诱导的免疫反应通常较弱。因此,PDT联合ICIs具有增强抗肿瘤免疫反应,减少肿瘤转移和复发的优势。本文对近年来PDT联合ICIs治疗消化道肿瘤的研究进行了总结,为消化道肿瘤治疗提供新的见解和途径。
Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have been gradually developed in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.ICIs activate the host anti-tumor response by blocking the immunosuppressive interaction between immune cells and tumor cells.However,only a subset of patients can benefit from ICIs.In recent years,photodynamic therapy(PDT)has developed into a new means of tumor treatment,which can kill tumor cells by producing reactive oxygen species,induce immunogenic cell death,and promote cytotoxic T cell infiltration.However,the immune response induced by PDT is generally weak.Therefore,PDT combined with ICIs has the advantage of enhancing anti-tumor immune response and reducing tumor metastasis and recurrence.This article reviewed the recent studies on PDT combined with ICIs in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors,providing new insights and ways for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.
