摘要
目的:探究基于信息化的手术室腔镜器械设备管理应用精细化管理的效果,分析应用该管理方式后腔镜器械设备的管理效果是否有所改善,从而不断提高手术室腔镜器械设备管理质量。方法:选择2022年6月~2023年6月本院应用腔镜手术治疗的患者120例为样本,60例应用常规腔镜器械设备管理(对照组),60例应用基于信息化的精细化管理(观察组),比较分析两组手术室腔镜器械设备的使用情况、管理质量情况、器械不良情况。结果:应用基于信息化的精细化管理后,观察组的应用情况更为优良,具体表现为准备差错率较低,而清洗消毒合格率与器械完好率较高,与此同时,该组患者所应用的腔镜器械设备管理质量各项维度评分均较高,器械不良事件的发生率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用基于信息化的精细化管理对手术室腔镜器械设备管理有明显的改善效果。基于信息化的精细化管理能够提高腔镜器械设备的使用情况和管理质量,降低准备差错率,提高清洗消毒合格率和器械完好率。因此,应用基于信息化的精细化管理可以有效提高手术室腔镜器械设备管理的质量,提供更安全可靠的手术环境。
Objective:To explore the effect of fine management of endoscopic instruments in information operating room.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2023,120 patients treated with endoscopic surgery in our hospital within the scope of the study were selected as samples,60 patients were treated with conventional endoscopic equipment management(control group),and 60 patients were treated with information-based fine management(observation group).Compare and analyze the use,management quality and bad condition of endoscopic instruments in the two groups of operating rooms.Results:After the application of information-based fine management,the application of the observation group was better,which was specifically manifested as lower preparation error rate,higher qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection,and higher completion rate of instruments.Meanwhile,the scores of various dimensions of endoscopic equipment management quality applied to patients in this group were higher,and the incidence of adverse events of instruments was lower,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fine management based on information technology can improve the use and management quality of endoscopy equipment,reduce the preparation error rate,and improve the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection and the perfect rate of instruments.Therefore,the application of information-based fine management can effectively improve the quality of endoscopic equipment management in the operating room and provide a safer and more reliable surgical environment.
