摘要
围绕低功耗红外甲烷传感器(GJG10H型)在煤矿安全监测中的应用进行深入研究,通过分析某煤矿安全监测项目,探讨传统监测系统的局限性、甲烷检测的挑战、现场环境对监测系统的影响以及安全监测数据处理和管理问题,进一步阐述GJG10H型红外甲烷传感器的工作原理、技术特征及优点,探讨其在智能化数据分析与预警、复杂矿井环境应对策略中的优化应用,旨在提供一种更高效、准确的煤矿甲烷监测方案,确保煤矿安全生产。
In depth research is conducted on the application of low-power infrared methane sensor(GJG10H)in coal mine safety monitoring.By analyzing a coal mine safety monitoring project,the limitations of traditional monitoring systems,challenges of methane detection,impact of on-site environment on monitoring systems,and safety monitoring data processing and management issues are discussed.The working principle,technical characteristics,and advantages of GJG10H infrared methane sensor are further elaborated,Exploring its application optimization in intelligent data analysis and early warning,as well as complex mine environment response strategies,aiming to provide a more efficient and accurate coal mine methane monitoring scheme to ensure coal mine safety production.
