摘要
高校毕业生就业质量越来越受到国家、社会及学校各方的重视与关注,是高校办学水平高低的重要衡量指标。基于F高校2017-2022届《毕业生就业质量调研报告》发布的相关数据进行描述性统计分析,并运用熵值法对6届毕业生就业质量进行对比分析,剖析依托《毕业生就业质量调研报告》进行就业质量测评存在的诸多问题,进而提出应用型本科高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系设计思路,并对该指标体系的应用价值进行分析。
The employment quality of college graduates has been paid more and more attention by the state,society and colleges,and is an important index to measure the level of colleges and universities.Based on the relevant data released by the 2017-2022 Graduate Employment Quality Survey Report of F University,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out,and the entropy method was used to make a comparative analysis of the employment quality of 6 classes graduates,and many problems existing in the employment quality assessment based on the Graduate Employment Quality Survey Report were analyzed.Then it puts forward the design idea of the index system of employment quality evaluation of applied undergraduate college graduates,and analyzes the application value of the index system.
