摘要
主要介绍了在获得固体激光器的失效数据下,利用AIC、BIC信息量最小准则的分布类型选择方法,确定固体激光器的失效分布类型,再利用已有的数据,对其可靠性进行有效的评估,得到固体激光器MTBF的点估计和不同置信度下的MTBF置信下限,为该产品设计定型和生产决策提供管理信息。
This paper mainly studies a technology of effectively evaluating the reliability of solid state lasers by utilizing laser failure data and by using distribution type selection method of AIC and BIC information minimization criteria.Therefore the MTBF point estimation and lower confidence limits of MTBF under different confidence levels can be obtained,providing management information for design finalization and production decision-making of the product.
