摘要
社区教育资源的有效整合,能够提升社区教育供给水平,满足新时期经济社会高质量发展的需要,满足社区居民对美好生活的需求。目前,我国社区教育资源存在割裂现象。有效整合社区教育资源的路径包括:贯彻高质量发展理念,形成社区教育资源整合共识;立足于信息互通,促成社区教育资源共建共享;致力于聚合汇能,建立社区教育主体共生系统;着眼于跨界协同,构建社区教育资源整合机制。
The effective integration of community education resources is conducive to improving the supply level of community ed-ucation,meeting the needs of high-quality economic and social development in the new era,and meeting the needs of community resi-dents for a better life.There is a phenomenon of the fragmentation of community education resources in China at present.The paths of effective integration of community education resources include:implementing the concept of high-quality development and forming a consensus on the integration of community education resources;promoting the coconstruction and co-sharing of community education resources based on information exchange;committed to symbiosis and gathering energy,the establishment of symbiotic system of community education subjects;focusing on cross-border collaboration,building the integration mechanism of community education resources.
