摘要
肺癌因高发病率、高致死率且呈现逐年上升的趋势,严重威胁到广大人民群众的健康。近年来,益气养阴良方沙参麦冬汤在肺癌的临床治疗过程中发展迅速,疗效显著,无论是原方加减、合方或是联合西医治疗手段在控制肺癌生长、抑制扩散、提高生存质量等方面表现出减毒增效的治疗优势。基础研究进一步明确沙参麦冬汤可通过抑制肺癌细胞增殖侵袭,诱导凋亡和自噬,调控代谢等多种有效机制发挥抗肺癌效应。由于沙参麦冬汤各中药成分繁多、作用靶点广泛、抗肺癌的信号通路复杂,缺乏系统的整理和归纳,导致临床对沙参麦冬汤治疗肺癌的应用、研究尚未完全明确。文章通过查阅知网、万方、PubMed等数据库,联系理论和临床实际从方证探析、临床疗效、基础实验研究3个方面深入探析沙参麦冬汤抗肺癌的新进展,总结近年来沙参麦冬汤抗肺癌的临床应用,挖掘可能存在的机制、信号通路和靶点,对沙参麦冬汤治疗肺癌进行全面、系统的概述,并在基础研究中将沙参麦冬汤单味药有效抗肺癌成分的药理作用进行整合,进一步明确具体药理机制,以期为沙参麦冬汤在治疗肺癌领域中提供新的理论依据和循证证据。
Lung cancer is a serious threat to the health of the general public due to its high incidence rate and high fatality rate,which is on the rise year by year.In recent years,Shashen Maidong Decoction(沙参麦冬汤),a good formula for benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin,has been developed rapidly in the clinical treatment of lung cancer with remarkable efficacy.Whether it is the original formula with additions and subtractions,combined formula or combined with western medical treatment,it has shown the therapeutic advantages of reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy in controlling the growth,inhibiting the proliferation of lung cancer,and improving the quality of life.Basic researches have further clarified that Shashen Maidong Decoction can exert anti-lung cancer effects by inhibiting the proliferation and invasion of lung cancer cells,inducing apoptosis and autophagy,and regulating metabolism and other effective mechanisms.Due to the wide variety of components in Shashen Maidong Decoction,the wide range of targets,the complexity of the signaling pathways against lung cancer,and the lack of systematic collation and generalization,the clinical application of Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer has not yet been fully clarified.In this paper,through checking the databases such as CNKI,WanFang Data,and PubMed,etc,and linking the theory and clinical practice,we analyzed the new progress of Shashen Maidong Decoction in the three aspects of formula evidence analysis,clinical efficacy,and basic experimental research,and summarized the clinical application of Shashen Maidong Decoction in recent years,and excavated the possible mechanisms,signaling pathways and targets,so as to make a comprehensive and systematic overview of the Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer and to provide a comprehensive and systematic overview of the Shashen Maidong Decoction in basic research.In the basic research,the pharmacological effects of the effective anti-lung cancer components of Shashen Maidong Decoction were integrated,and the specific pharmacological mechanisms were further clarified,in order to provide new theoretical basis and evidencebased evidence for Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer.
