全谷物中富含维生素、矿物质和膳食纤维等元素,还含有单宁、类胡萝卜素、木质素、植酸等活性成分。黑龙江省全谷物发展潜力较大,本文对全谷物加工发展趋势进行介绍,并对黑龙江省全谷物加工现状及优势进行分析,以期为全谷物加工的深入研究提供参考。
Whole grains are rich in vitamins,minerals,dietary fiber,and other elements,as well as active ingredients such as tannins,carotenoids,lignin,and phytic acid.Heilongjiang province has great potential for the development of whole grains.This article introduces the development trend of whole grain processing and analyzes the current situation and advantages of whole grain processing in Heilongjiang province,in order to provide reference for in-depth research on whole grain processing.
