摘要
农药残留问题日趋严重,开发简单、快速、精准的农药检测技术成为亟需解决的关键问题。离子迁移谱技术具有分离效率高、分析速度快、灵敏度高、快速便捷等优点,在公共安全稽查、生物医药领域、环境监测、食品检测等领域得到了应用。简要介绍离子迁移谱技术的发展、工作原理及在各领域的应用进展,着重梳理了离子迁移谱技术在农药检测领域的研究进展。离子迁移谱技术在水体、果蔬、茶叶、水稻、开心果、土壤等的农药检测方面具有突出优势,但是现有研究存在检测农药种类少、样品预处理方法繁琐、农药定性定量分析效率低等问题,因此对离子迁移谱在农药检测领域的进一步发展进行展望,以期为农药残留快速检测提供更可靠的方法。
The problem of pesticide residues is becoming increasingly serious,and the development of simple,fast,and accurate pesticide detection technologies has become a key issue that urgently needs to be addressed.Ion mobility spectroscopy(IMS)has the advantages of high separation efficiency,fast analysis speed,high sensitivity,and fast convenience,and has been applied in public safety inspections,biopharmaceutical fields,environmental monitoring,food detection,and other fields.This article briefly introduced the development,working principle,and application progress of IMS in various fields.It focused on the research progress of IMS in the field of pesticide detection.It was found that IMS has outstanding advantages in pesticide detection in water bodies,fruits and vegetables,tea,rice,pistachios,soil and other fields.However,there were problems such as incomplete detection of pesticide types and quantities,cumbersome sample pretreatment methods,low efficiency in identifying pesticide types.Therefore,the further development of IMS in the field of pesticide detection was expected to provide more reliable methods for rapid detection of pesticide residues.
