摘要
目的分析在呼吸内科疾病护理中人文关怀护理的作用及对患者满意度的影响。方法采用医学研究对比法,筛查本院2022年3月—2023年3月收治的68例呼吸内科疾病患者进行实验分析,依据围治疗期护理方法差异,等分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,实验组给予人文关怀护理,观察护理后的满意度及其对患者护理质量、肺功能及其预后的影响。结果实验组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在医院感染、护理缺陷、病房管理、医疗服务满意率、健康教育知晓率上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在大气道阻力(MVV)、慢肺活量(SVC)、用力呼气肺活量(FVC)情况和排痰量结果上显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在环境质量评分、生活质量评分上明显高于对照组,内科GCS评分上显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科疾病患者人文关怀护理的作用成效显著,具有极高的护理满意度,且安全性较高,同时能改善患者的肺功能、改善护理质量,值得临床大力推广实施。
Objective To analyze effect of humanistic care in respiratory disease nursing and its effect on satisfaction degree of patients.Methods The paper chose data of 68 patients with respiratory diseases in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 for experimental analysis with comparative medical research method,and divided them into two groups according to different perioperative nursing methods.Control group was treated with routine nursing in respiratory department,while experimental group with humanistic nursing.Satisfaction degree after nursing care and effect on nursing quality,lung function,and prognosis was observed.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Nosocomial infection,nursing defects,ward management,satisfaction degree with medical services,and awareness rate of health education in experimental group was significantly better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Experimental group showed significantly better results than control group in terms of large airway resistance(MVV),slow lung capacity(SVC),forced expiratory vital capacity(FVC),and sputum output,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Experimental group showed significantly higher scores in environmental quality and life quality than control group,while internal medicine GCS scores were significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care can achieve significant effect for patients with respiratory diseases,with high nursing satisfaction degree and high safety.At the same time,it can improve lung function and nursing quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
