摘要
目的分析在妊娠期糖尿病患者中采用以促进角色适应为目标的全程协同护理管理方法对患者生产结局、应激指标以及疼痛的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过双盲法分为实验组与参照组,每组40例,实验组与参照组分别予以促进角色适应为目标的全程协同护理管理、常规护理管理,比较患者护理前后应激指标(SAS评分、SDS评分、空腹血糖、胰岛素用量)、妊娠结局(早产、产后出血、新生儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息)、护理前后评分指标(疼痛评分、家庭功能评分、自护能力评分)。结果护理前,比较应激指标、评分指标,结果为两组对比无意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者的应激指标、妊娠不良结局发生率、疼痛评分均比参照组较低(P<0.05);比较患者的家庭功能评分、自护能力评分,显示为实验组比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理中实施促进角色适应为目标的全程协同护理管理效果显著,能减轻患者的应激反应,值得推广。
Objective To analyze effect of whole process collaborative nursing management method based on role adaptation for delivery outcome,stress indicators and pain of pregnant women with diabetes.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with gestational diabetes from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into experimental group and reference group by double blind method,40 cases in each group.Experimental group and reference group were respectively treated with whole process collaborative nursing management and routine nursing management based on role adaptation.Stress indicators(SAS scores,SDS scores,fasting blood glucose,insulin dosage),pregnancy outcomes(premature birth,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal intrauterine distress,neonatal asphyxia),pre-and post care scoring indicators(pain scores,family function scores,self-care ability scores)were compared.Results Before nursing,comparison of stress indicators and scoring indicators showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,stress indicators,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and pain scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Family function scores and self-care ability scores in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole process collaborative nursing management with goal of promoting role adaptation can achieve significant effect in nursing of patients with gestational diabetes,can reduce stress response of patients,which is worth promoting.
