摘要
本文通过搅拌铸造加轧制方法制备出了Al-Mg-Sc-Zr稀土合金焊丝、w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-Mg-Sc-Zr复合材料焊丝。为研究两种焊丝的焊接效果,使用两种焊丝对2024铝合金进行了钨极氩弧焊试验,研究了两种焊丝对2024铝合金焊缝组织性能的影响,研究结果表明:两种焊丝焊接2024铝合金后,复合材料焊丝对应焊缝相比合金焊丝对应焊缝,整个焊缝晶粒尺寸以及Al-Cu中间相均得到了显著细化;复合材料焊丝中SiCp的添加可以显著改善铝铜合金焊缝的强度、伸长率,其强度、伸长率相比合金焊丝分别提升了8.0%、34.2%。
In this paper,the Al-Mg-Sc-Zr rare earth alloy welding wire and w(SiC)=3%SiCp/Al-Mg-Sc-Zr composite welding wire were made by stir casting and rolling method.In order to study the welding effect of the two kinds of wire,two kinds of wire were used on the 2024 aluminum alloy tungsten argon arc welding test,and the effect of the two wires on its organization and performance was studied.The research results show that the two kinds of wire welding 2024 aluminum alloy,comparing the weld of the composite wire with that of alloy wire,the entire weld grain size as well as the Al-Cu intermediate phase have been significantly refined.The addition of SiCp in the composite wire can improve the strength and elongation of the aluminum-copper alloy weld,and its strength and elongation were improved by 8.0%and 34.2%respectively compared with that of the alloy wire.
