摘要
为探究非正式组织中的群体动力在煤矿工人安全生产中发挥的作用,在现有研究基础上,建立煤矿工人群体的动力因素、安全态度、情绪状态与不安全行为之间关系的假设模型,编制不安全行为调查问卷,回收304份有效问卷,并分析所得数据的有效性和可靠性。然后应用IBM SPSS Amos24.0构建非正式群体动力、安全态度、情绪状态与不安全行为之间关系的结构方程(SEM)模型,并验证该模型的有效性。研究结果表明:非正式群体压力、非正式群体凝聚力、非正式群体沟通、非正式群体激励通过作用煤矿工人的安全态度和情绪状态,能够增加或降低煤矿工人不安全行为发生的可能性;其中,非正式群体凝聚力、非正式群体沟通、非正式群体激励可直接影响不安全行为的发生。研究结果可为相关煤炭企业调节煤矿工人非正式群体凝聚力、建立有效沟通机制、制定科学激励政策等提供参考,为降低煤矿工人不安全行为的发生提供管控决策。
In order to explore the role of informal organizations in the work safety of coal miners,on the basis of current research,a hypothesis model of the relationship between the dynamic factors,safety attitude,emotional state and unsafe behavior of coal miners was established.The questionnaire of unsafe behavior was compiled,then 304 valid questionnaires were collected,and the validity and reliability of the data was analyzed by SPSS 24.0.A SEM model of the relationship between group dynamics,psychological factors and unsafe behavior was constructed.The results show that the informal group pressure,informal group cohesion,informal group communication and informal group motivation can increase or reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior of coal miners through acting on the safety attitude and emotional state of coal miners.Among them,informal group cohesion,informal group communication,and informal group motivation can directly affect the occurrence of unsafe behavior.The research results can provide new management methods for coal mine enterprise management to regulate the informal group cohesion of coal miners,establish effective communication mechanism,formulate scientific incentive policies,improve the safety attitude and emotional state of coal miners,and then reduce the unsafe behavior of coal miners,to provide control decisions to reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior among coal miners.
