摘要
目的 探讨加味补中益气汤治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症临床疗效。方法 选取本院于2017年1月—2023年3月收治的60例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,分别予以者左甲状腺素钠片治疗与加味补中益气汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,研究组的中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的甲状腺激素水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在原发性甲状腺功能减退症中运用加味补中益气汤既能够缓解患者的症状,改善患者的甲状腺功能,又能减少不良反应,提高用药的安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism.Methods 60 patients with primary hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,namely control group and study group.They were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets and supplemented with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets,respectively,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 16.66% in the control group;The level of thyroid hormone in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in primary hypothyroidism can not only alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the thyroid function of patients,but also reduce the adverse reactions and improve the safety of medication.
