摘要
目的 探讨临床治疗牙前突畸形采取正畸、种植体支抗联合治疗的疗效及对PAR指数的影响。方法 选择2019年1月—2022年12月响水县中医院口腔科治疗牙前突畸形患者74例作为研究目标,按照治疗方案的不同分为对照组与观察组:观察组(37例)治疗方案采取正畸种植体支抗联合方式;对照组(37例)治疗方案采取其他加强支抗正畸方式。对两组治疗效果予以观察比较。测量两组患者治疗后磨牙移位距离及上中切牙的凸距差、倾角差。对两组患者治疗前后PAR指数进行评估,对比结果数据组间差异。观察各组患者治疗后产生的不良反应,比较总发生率。结果 观察组牙前突畸形患者经种植支抗联合治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时经测量,观察组患者治疗后磨牙移位距离小于对照组,上中切牙的凸距差、倾角差大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者PAR指数评分结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者PAR指数评分数值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,治疗后观察组患者产生的不良反应总概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗牙前突畸形可在正畸的同时联合种植体支抗技术,可有效提高疗效,改善PAR指数评分,同时减少及减轻治疗后患者不良症状,提倡推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic and implant support on PAR index in the treatment of dental protrusion.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,74 patients with orthodontics treated in Xiangshui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study target,and divided into groups according to different treatment plans.The control group(37cases) was treated with other enhanced orthodontics.Observation group(37 cases) was treated with orthodontic implant anchorage combined method;The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.The displacement distance of molar teeth and the difference of convex pitch and inclination of upper central incisor were measured after treatment.PAR index of the two groups was evaluated before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was compared.The adverse reactions after treatment were observed in each group and the total incidence was compared.Results The total effective rate of patients with dental protrusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the displacement distance of molar teeth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference of convex pitch and inclination of upper and middle incisor teeth were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PAR index scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),PAR index scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P< 0.05),in addition,the total probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of dental protrusion can be combined with orthodontic implant anchorage technology,which can effectively improve the curative effect,improve PAR index score,and reduce alleviate the adverse symptoms of patients after treatment.It is advocated and promoted.
