摘要
为筛选适合鲜食的果桑品种,本研究采用因子分析法对20个不同桑树种质和品种资源桑果营养品质进行综合评价分析。结果表明,20个不同桑树种质和品种桑果的7个营养成分差异明显,不同营养指标之间存在显著相关关系;影响桑果营养品质的主要指标分为功能性因子、营养因子、风味因子,3个因子的累计方差贡献率达到89.155%;20个桑种质和品种资源桑果营养品质综合评价结果表明排名前10位分别是‘和田白桑’‘桂花蜜’‘中椹1号’‘珍珠白’‘红果1号’‘勐简4号’‘大白鹅’‘勐简5号’‘云果2号’‘紫葚梅’。本研究对筛选适合在新疆南疆地区推广种植的果桑鲜食品种,选配果桑育种亲本具有一定的参考意义。
In order to select suitable varieties of mulberry,the nutritional quality of 20 different mulberry germplasm resources and varieties was evaluated by factor analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in 7 nutritional components of 20 different mulberry germplasm resources and varieties,and there were significant correlations among different nutritional indexes.The main factors affecting the nutritional quality of mulberry leaves were functional factors,nutritional factors and flavor factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the three factors reached 89.155%.The results of comprehensive evaluation on the nutritional quality of 20 mulberry germplasm resources and varieties showed that the top 10 were‘Hetian Baisang’‘Guihuami,Zhongshen 1’‘Zhenzhubai’‘Hongguo 1’‘Mengjian 4’‘Dabaie’‘Mengjian 5’‘Yunguo 2’and‘Zishenmei’.This study has certain reference significance for screening fresh varieties of mulberry and selecting breeding parents of mulberry in southern Xinjiang.
