电磁除垢防垢技术的现状、机理与应用

摘要 对于结垢情况严重的循环冷却系统及管道,传统的除垢和防垢采用机械冲刷与化学药剂相配合的方法,其短期效果良好,但其除垢过程产生的污水,以及循环过程的高浓缩倍率废水都会对周边环境与水体产生严重的污染和危害。而电磁防垢阻垢技术可显著减少化学试剂的使用量,设备操作简单,服务期长,且基本零耗材,零污染,使用和运营成本极低。本文对电磁防垢阻垢技术的现状进行了简述,阐述了其工作机理,最后通过两个现场实际应用数据介绍了电磁防垢阻垢技术的效果。 For circulating cooling systems and pipelines with severe fouling,the traditional de-scaling and anti-scaling method is the combination of mechanical flushing and chemical agents.It will cause serious pollution and harm to the surrounding environment and water bodies.The electromagnetic anti-scaling and anti-scaling technology can significantly reduce the use of chemical reagents,the equipment is easy to operate,has a long service period,and basically has no consumables,zero pollution,and extremely low use and operating costs.This paper briefly describes the current situation of electromagnetic anti-scaling and anti-scaling technology,expounds its working mechanism,and introduces the actual application effect of electromagnetic anti-scaling and anti-scaling technology through the field data of two enterprises.
