摘要
在批量工业化生产中,消泡剂的分散程度直接决定水性涂料产品的涂膜外观平整度和理化性能。以水性丙烯酸防腐涂料为基础,通过工业化生产该体系的水性涂料产品,系统地研究了其润湿流平行为和消泡体系。分别考察了消泡剂的复配方式、投料速度、分散速度和分散时间等方面,并以涂膜外观和涂膜耐性作为评价指标。结果表明:对于水性钢结构涂料产品,因工业化生产所引起的涂层外观缺陷问题得以解决,并明显地提高批量生产的成品合格率。涂层性能与小批量生产的产品涂层保持一致,符合HG∕T 5176-2017钢结构用水性防腐涂料的要求。
In the mass industrial production,the degree of dispersion of defoamer directly determines the appearance smoothness and physical and chemical properties of water-borne coatings.Based on the waterborne acrylic anticorrosive coatings,the waterborne coatings were produced industrially,and their wetting parallel flow behavior and defoaming system were studied systematically.The compounding mode,feeding speed,dispersing speed and dispersing time of defoamer were investigated respectively,and the appearance and resistance of coating film were taken as evaluation indexes.The results show that the appearance defects caused by industrial production of waterborne steel structural coatings can be solved,and the qualified rate of finished products in batch production can be improved obviously.The properties of the coating are consistent with those of the products produced in small batch,and meet the requirements of water-based anticorrosive coatings for steel structures HG/T 5176-2017.
