摘要
某主桥上构为2-75mT构,采用两幅桥布置。由于桥梁主墩较高且梁下地基软弱,给施工带来了较大难度,T构支架现浇成为本项目的技术难点和造价控制重点。经过对多种方案的比选、优化和承载验算,最终选定梁-柱式支架方案进行现浇施工。与传统碗扣式满堂支架相比,该方案能够显著减少地基加固处理工作量,降低安全风险,同时也大幅减少支架的搭设工程量,能更好地满足工程工期和造价目标。
The upper structure of a certain main bridge is a 2-75m T-shaped structure,which adopts a two span bridge layout.Due to the high height of the main pier of the bridge and the weak foundation under the beam,it has brought great difficulties to the construction.The cast-in-place T-shaped support has become a technical difficulty and cost control focus of this project.After comparing,optimizing,and verifying the bearing capacity of various schemes,the beam column support scheme was finally selected for cast-in-place construction.Compared with the traditional bowl buckle style full hall bracket,this scheme can significantly reduce the workload of foundation reinforcement treatment,reduce safety risks,and also significantly reduce the amount of bracket installation work,which can better meet the project schedule and cost goals.
