学科教师教育者全专业属性:概念重构、生成困境及其突围 被引量:1

摘要 教师教育高质量发展瓶颈凸显,而学科教师教育者全专业属性生成或可破解。不同于以往,学科教师教育者全专业属性承载了新的价值与意涵,其价值有助教师教育经验化困局、学术化赋能与教师教育者泛化、半专业性上升的破解;其意涵指涉高等院校中直接参与教师培养并开展教育教学授课的教师教育者之学习专业、教授专业和学科专业。同时,其形成也面临困境,即逻辑起点的有事无人价值主导、自我乏力的顾此失彼跨界困厄、运行保障的区隔环境布局持存与评价体系的普强特弱大行其道。基于此,学科教师教育者全专业属性生成应朝着坐标原点的有人有事价值座驾、自我进化的统筹兼顾跨界融通、架桥促流的共生环境联合营造与改指挥棒的精准评制有效促成来突围。 The bottleneck of high-quality development of teacher education is prominent,and the full professional attributes of subject teacher educators can be generated or cracked.Unlike the past,the full professional attributes of subject teacher educators carry new value and meaning,and its value helps teachers to overcome the difficulties of experiential education,academic empowerment and the generalization of teacher educators,as well as the rise of semi-professionalism;its meaning refers to the learning profession,teaching profession and subject profession of teacher educators who directly participate in teacher training and carry out educational teaching in colleges and universities.At the same time,its formation also faces difficulties,that is,the logical starting point of the event is dominated by no value,the self-weakness of cross-border dilemma is attending to one thing and losing another,the operational guarantee of the segmented environment layout maintains,and evaluation system of general strength and special weakness is prevailing.Based on this,the dilemma of the generation of the full professional attributes for subject teacher educators should be solved through precise evaluation and the improvement of the command baton,which aims to break through the coordinated construction of the symbiotic environment of cross-border integration,bridge-building and flow promotion.
