云计算与区块链技术在事业单位薪酬领域中的应用研究

摘要 针对事业单位劳资薪酬领域面临的计算工作复杂、手工工作量大、数据准确度低等问题,提出利用数字加密技术保护薪酬隐私、区块链与智能合约不可篡改数据等客观特性,按照员工序列分类分别建立精细化薪酬管理模型,通过云计算和区块链等先进数字技术手段构建薪酬管理系统,满足薪酬自动计算、模型校验、加密存储、线上发放、支持审计等需求。云计算与区块链技术在事业单位劳资薪酬管理工作中应用,可以提高工作效率,减少人工失误,促进劳资薪酬工作的透明度以及公平公正,为事业单位改革提供全新思路和实践。 In view of the problems faced by institutions in the field of labor and capital compensation,such as complex calculations,heavy manual work,and low data accuracy,it is proposed to use digital encryption technology to protect the privacy of compensation,and the immutability of blockchain and smart contract data.According to the sequence of employees,a refined compensation management model is established,and a compensation management system is constructed through advanced digital technology such as cloud computing and blockchain to solve the needs and problems of automatic compensation calculation,model verification,encrypted storage,online distribution,and support for audit.The application of cloud computing and blockchain technology in the management of labor and capital compensation in institutions can improve work efficiency,reduce human errors,promote transparency and fairness in labor and capital compensation work,and provide new ideas and practices for institutional reform.
