摘要
在煤炭生产系统中,带式输送机转载溜槽的合理设计可提高煤炭企业经济效益,因而转载点物料流的冲击分析以及转载溜槽的结构优化对煤炭企业生产运输具有重要意义。以某露天煤矿带式输送机转载系统为研究对象,针对转载系统存在的块煤破碎质量比过高、对下方带式输送机振动冲击过大以及转载时衬板磨损严重等问题,进行转载点的物料流特性实验分析以及溜槽结构的优化设计。
In the coal production system,the reasonable design of belt conveyor transfer chute can improve the economic benefits of coal enterprises.Therefore,the impact analysis of material flow at transfer points and the structural optimization of transfer chute are of great significance for the production and transportation of coal enterprises.Taking the belt conveyor transfer system of a certain open-pit coal mine as the research object,aiming at the problems of high lump coal crushing mass ratio,excessive vibration and impact on the lower belt conveyor,and severe lining wear during reloading in the current transfer system,the experimental of material flow characteristics at the transfer point were analysed and optimization of the chute structure were designed.
