摘要
近年来,社会工作在基层治理领域发挥了重要的作用,已有研究已经注意到了社会工作的情感治理价值,然而,关于社会工作发挥情感治理效能的内在逻辑和优化路径还没有引起学者们的高度关注。本文认为,社会工作通过积极的情感实践,激发个人情感、促进人际情感和凝聚群体情感,从而在国家治理中凸显出了治理效能。在新时代,要把坚持党建引领作为重要方向,提升社会工作者专业水平,并增强服务国家意识,进一步提升基层社会治理效能,从而切实回应社会需求,为推进社会工作本土化做出贡献。
In recent years,social work has played an important role in the field of grassroots governance.Although scholars have noted the value of emotional governance of social work,the internal logic and optimization paths regarding social work's effectiveness in playing emotional governance have not yet attracted a great deal of attention from scholars.This paper argues that social work highlights governance efficacy in national governance by stimulating personal emotions,promoting interpersonal emotions and cohesive group emotions through positive emotional practices.In the new era,it is important to take adherence to Party leadership as an important direction,improve the professional level of social workers,and enhance the sense of serving the country to further improve the effectiveness of grassroots social governance,thus effectively responding to social needs and contributing to the advancement of the localization of social work.
