摘要
将IPA分析法应用到体育专业大学生智能可穿戴设备消费行为中开展研究,结果表明:(1)各维度配对样本T检验P值均小于0.01,总体维度P值小于0.01,均值差(P-I)<0,说明体育专业大学生对智能可穿戴设备的重要性认知与满意度之间差异显著并且表示不满意。(2)耐摔、售后服务态度等10项评价因子处于继续保持区;打折活动、外观个性化等7项评价因子处于供给过渡区;材质、睡眠监测2项评价因子处于低优先改善区;电量维持、关节防护监测等6项评价因子处于重点改善区。在此基础上,本文对需要重点改善的维度和因子提出改进建议,旨在为智能可穿戴设备供应链、企业及相关研究机构提供参考。
This study employs the IPA analysis method to delve into the consumption behavior of college students majoring in sports concerning smart wearables.The findings reveal:(1)The paired sample T-test P-values for each dimension are all below 0.01,with an overall dimension P-value below 0.01.The mean difference(P-I)is<0,indicating a significant disparity in importance perception and satisfaction among sports majors towards smart wearables,reflecting a notable level of dissatisfaction.(2)Ten evaluation factors,such as durability and after-sales service attitude,persist in the maintenance zone;seven factors,including discounts and personalized appearance,fall into the excessive supply zone;two factors,including material and sleep monitoring,are situated in the low-priority improvement zone;six factors,including battery life and joint protection monitoring,are located in the top-priority improvement zone.Building on these insights,the paper provides constructive suggestions for dimensions and factors requiring top-priority improvement,aiming to offer valuable guidance for the smart wearables supply chain,businesses,and relevant research institutions.
