民族药灯盏花药材及其混淆品的指纹图谱研究

摘要 通过UPLC指纹图谱,比较灯盏花及其混淆品不同药用部位的差异,结合相似度分析,为灯盏花药材鉴别和利用提供依据。采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plius C_(18)(?2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8μm)色谱柱,以水(含0.1%甲酸)和乙腈(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.2 mL/min,检测波长为300 nm。结果表明,建立的灯盏花指纹图谱共标定了19个共有峰;灯盏花茎、叶部与全草对照图谱无明显差异,但与花部对照图谱存在一定差异。建立的指纹图谱方法可对灯盏花及其混淆品加以鉴别,展苞飞蓬、多舌飞蓬与灯盏花的相似度较高,且多舌飞蓬、展苞飞蓬、狭苞紫菀、一年蓬和灯盏花花部的相似度较高。该研究有助于灯盏花药材的鉴别和利用,可为灯盏花药材的质量控制和开发提供参考。 The differences between erigeron breviscapus and its adulterants in different medicinal parts by UPLC fingerprint were compared to provide a basis for the identification and utilization of erigeron breviscapus by combining similarity analysis.An agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plius C_(18)(∅2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)chromatographic column was used,the mobile phase was water(containing 0.1%formic acid)and acetonitrile(containing 0.1%formic acid)with gradient elution,the flow rate was 0.2 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 300 nm.A total of 19 common peaks were calibrated in the established fingerprint.Comparing with the fingerprints,there were no significant differences in the stems,leaves and whole herb of erigeron breviscapus.Nevertheless,discrepancy was observed in fingerprint of flower.The established fingerprint method could identify erigeron breviscapusand its adulterants.The similarity was high in erigeron breviscapus,erigeron patentisquama and erigeron multiradiatus.Meanwhile,the similarity of flower was high in erigeron breviscapus,erigeron patentisquama,erigeron multiradiatus,Aster farreriand erigeron annuus.This study is helpful for the identification and utilization of erigeron breviscapus,and can provide reference for the quality control and development of erigeron breviscapus.
