专业认证背景下提升师范生课堂教学质量的思考

On Promoting Teaching Quality in College Classroom under the Background of Professional Certification

摘要 专业认证背景下,我国对师范生的实践创新能力的培养提出了更多的要求,传统的课堂教学内容、教学方式、教学模式已经不适应新时代人才培养质量的需要。因此,教师要将最新的教育理念进入课堂,让学生了解学术前沿知识;在实践中突出学生的主体参与,将现代信息技术手段引入课堂教学;以师范生实践创新为中心,革新人才培养模式,唯有此,才能更好地实现高校高质量人才培养的目标。 Under the background of professional certification,China has put forward more requirements for the cultivation of the practical innovation ability of education students.The traditional classroom teaching content,teaching methods and teaching mode have not met the needs of talent training quality in the new era.Therefore,teachers should enter the latest educational concepts into the classroom so that students can understand the cutting-edge academic knowledge;highlight the main participation of students in practice and introduce modern information technology means into classroom teaching;take the practical innovation of normal students as the center and innovate the talent training model.Only in this way can we better realize of the goal of high-quality talents in colleges and universities.
